I’m so thrilled to finally announce the packaging and programming for The Luminary Retreat Series - Fall Retreat, November 10-12!

Our Private Retreat Facebook Group, made up of the most lovely high vibe past Retreat participants were sent a pre-release notification a day before it launched live and from there 1/4 of the spots booked up… because they already know - this is going to be epic! (Perk of the group:)

Only 3 spots left - and with this World Class/Life-Changing Wellness Retreat being offered within the comfort of our own province - they will not not last long!

Take advantage of the 4 split payment options that make it even easier on you, so when you come in November, you simply show up and enjoy the adventure! (Note: If you book after July, we can spread your payments over the remaining months - with October being the last payment month).

The Retreat will be taking place at the stunning White Point Beach Resort, in White Point NS, just a few minutes outside of Liverpool, NS.

The Theme of this Retreat is focused on Women’s Physical, Mental and S&xual Wellness! (I love this for all of us women!)

We will be in the exclusive and private Lakeside Lodge conference facility, for the weekend and our rooms are only a minute away from the conference space.

There are 3 other outstanding Facilitators joining me for the weekend and WOW - what a powerhouse of help, resources and diverse offerings we are bringing to the table!

My sister Sherry Grant Donovan, MPR, M.Cert HR, BPR, CAE, RCRT, will be joining me again to co-facilitate the weekend, She’s a gifted Reflexology Therapist/Psychic Medium/Reiki-Energy Work/Pain Management Specialist + has High level leadership skills & tools for work/life balance. Sherry will be integral in the Friday afternoon Wellness Circuit where you will all get to experience a mini Reflexology treatment with her within the Wellness Circuit of offerings. As well, Sherry and I will be heading up the Group Guided Messages Circle Welcome Social on the Friday evening!

I’m over the moon to also advise, Dr. Joann Osbourne, MLT BSc ND, will be joining us for the whole weekend wellness adventure! She’s one of the best and most respected Naturopath Doctors (with an exceptional expertise in women’s health!) in our Region, and her clinic is the only one that has its’ own blood lab, which she has graciously integrated specialized bloodwork testing into our Pre-retreat programming (and she’s absorbing most of that cost to help YOU!!), to set up some baseline information, so she can provide high value added insights for the participants, specific to their/the groups overall needs. Things like cortisol levels, hormone levels, thyroid… Things that can be very difficult to get regular doctors to test for, yet, are at the core of understanding the remedies we women need, in varying levels of our physical journeys of aging/change!

Dr. Osbourne will also be doing a Myer’s Vitamin Cocktail IV boost therapy/mini consult at Friday’s Wellness Circuit, doing a Women’s Wellness Q&A on Sunday afternoon and even adding acupuncture to the group hypnotherapy journey! This really is so beyond exciting to be able to share!

As if that wasn’t already amazing - we have the super loveable and deeply compassionate Serena Haines joining us, A Certified S&X Coach & Clinical S&Xology expert…and she brings new meaning to being passionate about her job! (Modifying spelling for algorithm protection:)

Serena is going to shake things up Saturday afternoon with her incredible S&Xual Wellness workshop! It’s real and raw - not sugar coated advice/tools/guidance, to help you reignite your personal (love of self) and relationship passion and pleasure! Then Saturday night - Serena will be rolling out the goddess party… there will be dancing, a Q&A session (think modern day doctor Ruth:), a pleasure chest of props to increase your education and helping to really break you out the fear around the topic of SX, body-shaming and getting you back to the sexy empowered Goddess you are meant to be!

Phew - that’s a lot.. not to mention the deep work 9D Breathwork journey and group Hypnotherapy I will be brining you through!

This Retreat is 2 x nights, 3 x days, includes all accommodations, meals and comfort snack breaks…PLUS all the added value sessions as noted above!

Also, to speak to the Friday afternoon wellness circuit… That will take place between 1 PM and 5:45pm (times may adjust slightly)… normally services like these are always extra at retreats, but we wanted to make everything inclusive! On Friday you will be going though an incredible Circuit of Wellness Stations featuring: Reflexology, IV Therapy, Massage, Infrared Healing Domes, ERE Machines, E-Power Machines, Vibration machine, A shot table with Collagen (Bovine Beef & Marine), Greens Shots, and even more! Friday afternoon alone is worth the price of admission! 

With the health system in such a dire state, I knew why I was being called to put together a wellness retreat offering that would really benefit women in such a long-term way… Giving you again the extended tools/treatments you need to take the information and the value added experiences to relaunch the best version yourself and/or raise the bar of your personal wellness goals! To some (all really), health is not a choice, it’s a necessity to living your best life…YOU are worth it - make this gift of a life count! Xo

As my mom always says to me - “Feel the fear, and do it anyways!”… if you don’t have someone to go to this with… Literally don’t fear (some even prefer it!)… you will not feel alone (though your personal space is always respected).

During the Retreat Weekend it will blow you away how you mostly all start off as strangers, but by the end are like long lost friends/family! We cultivate an environment that is judgement free, connected, supportive, and friendship forming within the entire group! It is a high vibe tribe! Some have described it as going to camps like when they were kids - the laughs, the tears, the hugs, the healing…the letting go….the letting in…it’s truly heart filling!

We’ve raised the bar with this retreat offering…now it’s up to you to answer the call - are you ready to take one of the 3 remaining spots…

All you have to do is fill out the Registration Form, if you choose the payment plan, your first invoice would be issued in July… And payments are due at the end of each month up until the end of October. My goal is to make this as easy and as accessible as possible!

Note: there will be more information to follow about the bloodwork, as that has to be done at Dr. Osbourne’s clinic on Young St in Halifax… and will have to be facilitated before the end of October. It will be the responsibility of each participant to follow the booking and appointment making instructions, which will be sent in August. If you do not make/attend the appointment, that will affect your ability to obtain the IV therapy and receive valuable extra advice from Dr. Osbourne. There will be lots of reminders.

I’m already so excited for the Fall Retreat… I can’t wait to meet all of you there… You will not leave the same as you arrive…and that will feel pretty empowering and life changing by the end of the weekend!

P.S. There is an upgrade option to add the extra Sunday night into your package (11 women already opted into this!), if you did not want to drive home after the late afternoon workshop, which ends at 5pm Sunday. That option will also provide an additional supper on Sunday and breakfast on Monday morning. If choosing the 4 payment split, I will divide that extra fee over the four payments to make it easier as well. Further details are in the registration form. At this time - over half of the participants are choosing to stay the extra night...There is LIVE Entertainment in the Resort Lounge that night until 10pm...and a great chance for a swim /sauna after supper (which most of us will be in at the same time for :)!
